SoftwareOne is seeking a Treasury Lead to oversee regional treasury operations across Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia and Chile. The role focuses on cash management, liquidity planning, banking governance, payment oversight and treasury controls.

Collaboration with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, P2P and O2C will drive optimized working capital and robust financial controls in a hybrid Colombia-based role.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in Treasury, Cash Management, Corporate Finance, or Financial Operations roles.
• Knowledge of cash forecasting, liquidity management, banking operations, treasury controls and risk management.
• Experience working with cross‑functional finance teams and banking partners.
• Advanced English communication, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

• Lead daily cash management activities and monitor liquidity across the region.
• Own short- and medium-term cash flow forecasting and funding requirements.
• Manage banking relationships, accounts administration, and governance of platforms and signatories.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, audits, and fraud prevention.
• Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, P2P and O2C to optimize working capital.

Are you an experienced Treasury professional with strong expertise in cash management, liquidity planning, banking operations, and financial controls? Do you enjoy partnering with finance leaders to drive financial stability and support business growth across multiple countries?

We are seeking a Treasury Lead to oversee treasury operations for SoftwareOne's South region. This role is responsible for cash management, liquidity planning, banking governance, payment oversight, and treasury compliance across Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia and Chile. The position works closely with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, P2P, O2C, and business leaders to optimize working capital, improve cash visibility, and ensure strong financial controls

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily cash management activities, monitor liquidity positions, and ensure adequate funding across the region.
• Own short- and medium-term cash flow forecasting processes, providing visibility into liquidity needs and financial risks.
• Manage banking relationships, bank account administration, and governance of banking platforms, signatories, and authorizations.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, audit requirements, and fraud prevention measures.
• Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, P2P, and O2C teams to optimize working capital and support strategic financial decision-making.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Treasury, Cash Management, Corporate Finance, or Financial Operations roles.
• Strong knowledge of cash forecasting, liquidity management, banking operations, treasury controls, and financial risk management.
• Experience working with cross-functional finance teams and managing relationships with banking partners and key stakeholders.
• Advanced English communication skills, combined with strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and organizational capabilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience working within a Shared Services Center (SSC) or Finance Shared Services environment.
• Professional certifications in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Accounting, or Financial Management.
• Experience supporting multi-country operations across Latin America.
