Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Bogotá seeks a NAM MT TranSCend Finance Testing Lead to deliver end-to-end finance testing for TranSCend releases within LATAM scope. You will plan, execute, monitor, and document testing across ERP migrations to SAP/S4 HANA, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.

Collaborate with TranSCend Global Validation, Finance GPO and implementation CoE to align strategy, manage risks, and drive on-time delivery.

Qualifications

Deep knowledge of program testing strategy, methodology and compliance.
Proven experience in large-scale ERP transformation with speed and complexity.
Ability to plan, lead, coordinate and drive all aspects of testing.
Identify and resolve impediments and risks related to testing.
Strong interpersonal skills across all stakeholders involved.
Hands-on willingness in finance and compliance processes.
Promotes standard/automation methodologies and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Define testing plans aligned with deployment plans for each release.
Coordinate testing scope across FIN teams and TranSCend teams.
Manage risks, timelines, and ensure timely delivery of testing artifacts.
Lead FIN implementation CoE and testing teams through SIT, UAT, and other phases.
Prepare testing scenarios and metrics for status reporting.
Document and track FIN testing defects in JIRA and drive resolution.
Coordinate production readiness verification across involved teams.
Identify testing improvements for future efficiency.
