CAE is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to manage instructor and simulator resources for CAE’s training programs in Bogotá, Colombia. You will coordinate with the sales team input and schedule events across instructor training, customer training, FSTD certifications, and maintenance requirements.

Collaborate with the Training Manager and General Manager to determine qualifications and authorizations for instructors, publish schedules, and adjust plans as needs evolve.

Formación

• Experience scheduling training resources and coordinating instructors.
• Ability to review input data and translate it into actionable schedules.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in training environments.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule instructor and simulator resources for maximum productivity.
• Review sales input and development; implement resource management recommendations.
• Ensure events are scheduled in accordance with CAE policy and regulations.
• Determine instructor resources for training activities and certifications.
• Publish and communicate schedules to instructors and notify changes.
• Realign schedules based on changing user needs and factors.
