As an Experienced Analyst Total Rewards at Johnson & Johnson, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Total Rewards strategy and ensuring the flawless execution of compensation across the Americas (Latin America and North America). With your exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, you will determine appropriate compensation levels, develop retention programs, and contribute to our world-class recognition initiatives. Established and productive individual contributor. Implements the strategic direction and planning of compensation and benefits programs and solves problems. Provides support, research, and knowledge to manage the organization's total rewards programs. Collaborates within HR to develops research-based strategic solutions for the business.
Provides support for knowledge management activities, compiles and maintains benefits records and sensitive documentation, coordinates and facilitates employee training and information sessions, and drafts and sends organization-wide communications and required employee notices.
Educates and guides employees on benefits matters regarding enrollment, eligibility, coverage, claims, and provisions.
Aids in the facilitation of annual benefits renewal and open enrollment processes.
Researches and troubleshoots escalations for benefits-related inquiries.
Identifies areas for process improvement and implements the creation; updates and regularly reviews procedure documents and process flows.
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
