You’ll also collaborate with an implementation partner and act as a key Workday contact for Spain, ensuring smooth communication between local stakeholders and the wider global HRIS team.The position offers a competitive salary of up to €65,000, plus benefits and a hybrid working model.

Workday Functional Specialist – Requirements:

• Strong functional and configuration experience in Workday
• Background in Workday HCM Core, Time Tracking, Absence, or Reporting is desirable, though experience in other modules will also be valued!
• Knowledge of Workday Security would be advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills; comfortable working both autonomously and within a global team
• Based in Madrid, available for a hybrid work arrangement (approximately four days in the office)
• Fluency in English required
