adidas Group seeks a Technology Consultant to deliver IT and digital projects from our Global organization into our Latin America region, with a focus on Bogotá, Colombia. You will drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure end-to-end delivery across stakeholders and processes.

The role requires a four-year IT-focused degree, 2+ years in tech/digital project implementation, and strong English proficiency. You will operate across Global IT, Finance, HR, Brand Marketing and more.

Formación

• Four-year college degree with focus on IT or related areas.
• Proficient spoken and written English (B2).
• At least 2 years of experience in tech/digital fields related to project implementation.
• Strong understanding of regional and global market landscape and customer base.
• Proven experience handling a high variety of stakeholders in complex organizations.
• Ability to influence others effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze stakeholder objectives and identify options for consideration.
• Select appropriate business analysis methods and tools for projects (predictive or adaptive).
• Define and manage requirements and ensure accuracy.
• Facilitate stakeholder input and enable effective execution of requirements.
• Investigate operational requirements and seek improvements in processes and systems.
• Review requirements for errors and omissions.
• Manage changes to baselined requirements per change policy.
• Demonstrate involvement in end-to-end integration projects.

Our Technology Consultant is responsible to deliver digital projects and capabilities developed from our Global organization into our region (Latin America). These projects/capabilities are aligned to the business strategic priorities and are the driver to keep adidas in the digital edge of the sportswear industry.

We need someone with a background into delivering IT/Tech or digital projects with experience into delivering projects from an end-to-end perspective. Cross-functional abilities are demanded to execute these types of implementations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assists in the analysis of stakeholder objectives, and the underlying issues arising from investigations into business requirements, problems and identifies options for consideration.
• Contributes to selection of the business analysis methods, tools, and techniques for projects, selecting appropriately from predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches.
• Requirements definition and management.
• Facilitates input from stakeholders, provides constructive challenge and enables effective execution of requirements.
• Investigates operational requirements, problems, and opportunities, seeking effective business solutions through improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes.
• Reviews requirements for errors and omissions.
• Investigates, manages, and applies authorized requests for changes to base-lined requirements, in line with change management policy.
• The candidate proves she/he has been involved in an end-to-end integration project.

The scope of this position is at a Latin America level therefore, it would have high intensity interactions with our global, regional, and country teams.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• Four-year college or university degree with focus on IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient spoken and written communication in English (B2 level).
• At least 2-year experience in tech/digital fields related with project implementation.
• Strong understanding & knowledge of regional and global market landscape and the respective customer
• The candidate has a proven experience in handling a high variety of stakeholders amongst complex organizations.
• The candidate can reflect how she/he influences others effectively.
