YO AI Labs is seeking experienced Technical Writers / Editors to contribute to a customer project focused on evaluating and improving AI systems. You will use your writing, editing, and critical analysis skills to assess AI-generated content and improve quality, clarity, and usefulness of model outputs.

No prior AI experience is required. As a Contractor, you will evaluate responses against prompts, provide scores and rationales, and deliver actionable feedback.

Formación

• Native-level English fluency with excellent written communication.
• Experience in technical writing, editing, content evaluation, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of clarity, tone, structure, coherence, and instructional content.
• Familiarity with digital content review platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate remotely.
• Experience with AI systems or model evaluation is a plus, but not required.
