Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical program management experience in cloud or infrastructure programs.
• Experience coordinating distributed, cross-functional teams across time zones.
• Strong project planning across scope, schedule, dependencies, and resourcing.
• Hands-on knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) concepts and services.
• Solid experience with Cloud Fundamentals and cloud-native delivery approaches.
• Demonstrated experience leading Cloud Migration and Infrastructure Modernization initiatives.
• Practical knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD delivery models.
• Working experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) workflows.
• Strong risk management skills including identification, mitigation, and escalation.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with technical and business partners.
• Clear communication skills for status reporting and executive-ready updates.
• English proficiency: B2 Upper-Intermediate

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program planning and delivery for GCP infrastructure and cloud pipeline initiatives.
• Define program scope, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics to align teams and priorities.
• Coordinate engineering, operations, and product teams to deliver program objectives on time.
• Manage schedules, resources, and delivery plans while adapting to changing constraints.
• Drive risk, issue, and dependency management with clear mitigation and escalation paths.
• Oversee infrastructure rollout readiness to meet reliability, performance, and quality expectations.
• Communicate program status, decisions, and next steps to stakeholders through regular reporting.
• Facilitate cross-time-zone collaboration and support PST-aligned activities as needed.
• Ensure delivery governance and execution discipline across cloud modernization work.
• Align DevOps and IaC execution plans with program goals and operational requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of program processes to increase predictability and throughput.
