Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team in a full-time role. You will own backlog, translate operational needs into stories, and drive technical integration between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS systems.

You bring 10+ years in IT, 6–8 years on Manhattan platforms, strong SQL and Agile skills, and a CS/IT degree (CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred). Location: Mexico; competitive compensation and growth opportunities.

• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.

• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: SME for Manhattan Scale/Active capabilities, configurations, and architecture.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).
