Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team in Mexico. You will own the backlog, translate requirements into epics and specs, and guide integrations between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS. You will also drive comprehensive end-to-end testing and act as the SME for Manhattan Scale/Active capabilities.

The role emphasizes deep WMS knowledge, SQL querying, and agile delivery to support our global storage and information management solutions.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years on Manhattan Scale/Active.
Strong WMS configuration, SQL querying, and system integration knowledge.
CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred; experience with Agile delivery.

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.

What You'll Bring

10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).
