Xebia is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead who will bridge solution architecture with engineering execution. This role combines leadership with active development, mentoring the team and driving engineering excellence while delivering high-quality code.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in mobile or full-stack, deep React Native and TypeScript experience, and backend work with C#/.NET and GraphQL. You will lead reviews, guide architecture discussions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Formación

• 10+ years of full-stack or mobile software engineering.
• Strong React Native and TypeScript expertise.
• Backend services with C#/.NET experience.
• English communication skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards in GitLab.
• Develop React Native UI components and GraphQL/.NET resolvers.
• Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with Business Analyst and Solution Architect in Jira.
• Troubleshoot bottlenecks and performance issues.
• Contribute to architecture discussions for scalable solutions.
• Support Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement.
