Babel Colombia is seeking a Senior Tech Lead Fullstack to guide design, development and deployment of scalable software solutions. You will ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices while mentoring the team.

You will collaborate with architecture, development, infrastructure and business units, driving CI/CD, API integrations, and cloud-native patterns across projects, including banking security requirements.

Formación

• Experience leading development teams as Tech Lead or Senior Fullstack.
• Experience designing solutions, integrations and enterprise architectures.
• Knowledge of security and development standards in banking environments.

Responsabilidades

• Technically lead the design, development and implementation of Fullstack solutions.
• Define and validate solutions aligned with architecture and standards.
• Mentor and provide technical support to the development team.
• Participate in code reviews, issue resolution and technical decisions.
• Coordinate integrations between systems and components.
• Ensure development, security, performance and quality best practices.
• Collaborate with architecture, development, infrastructure and business teams.
• Participate in deployments and monitoring across environments.
