Formación

• 7+ years of full-stack development experience.
• 3+ years of team lead or management experience.
• Proven track record of mentoring other engineers and driving technical initiatives.
• Good documentation skills in a fast-moving team environment.
• Strong track record of delivering solutions with high throughput and low latency.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and code robust, scalable features across frontend and backend.
• Manage a small but growing team of developers.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams.
• Maintain high standards for documentation, testing, and code reviews.
