What we’re looking for Tech Lead (Only for people located in Latinamerica).

We’re looking for a Tech Lead with strong experience across the JavaScript ecosystem (Node.js, React, TypeScript) to lead our development team and ensure the quality, scalability, and efficiency of our digital solutions.

This role combines technical leadership, architectural vision, and hands-on coding, playing a key part in the design and implementation of high-impact technology products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development team, ensuring best engineering practices, code quality, and timely delivery.
• Design and oversee the technical architecture of projects.
• Actively contribute to full-stack development (front-end and back-end).
• Coordinate code reviews, deployments, and continuous integration processes.
• Support the team in solving complex technical challenges and adopting new technologies.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to turn business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of applications.
• Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

Experience And Knowledge

• 5+ years of experience in JavaScript / TypeScript development.
• Strong knowledge of React.js, Node.js, Express, Next.js, and SQL / NoSQL databases.
• Proven experience leading technical teams or software development projects.
• Solid understanding of REST / GraphQL architectures, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to inspire multidisciplinary teams.
• Passion for innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
• Strong sense of ownership and results orientation.
