What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of Portuguese-speaking game presenters, driving excellence in performance and engagement.
• Oversee show quality, pacing, and presenter delivery to ensure immersive, high-energy live gaming sessions.
• Partner with production, content, and operations teams to coordinate game flow, schedules, and presenter line-ups.
• Track and manage presenter KPIs, deliver regular feedback, and run training programs that enhance on-camera performance.
• Manage recruitment, staffing, and shift planning for a Portuguese-language segment in a live multi-language studio.
• Collaborate with senior management on scaling our Bogotá studio and launching new game formats targeted at Portuguese-speaking markets.

Who You Are

• Background in live hosting, streaming, or game presentation preferably in iGaming or entertainment.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and grow talent in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organization skills; able to balance creative vision with operational duties.
• Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Experienced in coordinating shifts, managing live teams, and working in 24/7 broadcast environments.
• Passionate about engaging audiences and delivering outstanding live gaming experiences.
