About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full‑cycle help Xebia attract and hire top talent. As a key Talent Acquisition team member, you will own hiring processes, engage with top‑tier candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers to build high performing teams. You will be crucial in shaping the candidate experience, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process while aligning recruitment efforts with Xebia’s strategic growth objectives. What You’ll Do

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for different roles, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver tailored hiring strategies.
• Source and engage top talent through proactive outreach, networking, and innovative sourcing techniques.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining strong communication, transparency, and professionalism.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement and hiring efficiency.

• Act as a brand ambassador for Xebia, ensuring all interactions reflect our values and culture.
• Deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience, ensuring a positive impression of Xebia throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with marketing and leadership to continue building our employer brand through social media, career events, and other recruitment initiatives.

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing insights and market trends to guide decision‑making.
• Align recruitment efforts with business goals, ensuring talent acquisition supports Xebia’s growth trajectory.
• Leverage HR tools and ATS systems to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a tech or consulting environment.
• Solid experience managing full‑cycle recruiting, from sourcing to closing offers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust with hiring managers and candidates.>
• A data‑driven mindset, with experience tracking recruitment metrics and optimizing hiring strategies.
• Broad expertise with ATS tools, sourcing platforms, and recruitment marketing strategies.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
