What You'll Do

• Monitor live broadcast activity through CCTV, ensuring compliance with game rules and security protocols
• Detect and investigate suspicious behaviors in real time, escalating issues when needed
• Work closely with operations, compliance, and risk teams to manage and enforce live gaming policies
• Generate detailed reports on incidents, trends, and risk assessments for leadership review
• Develop and refine surveillance procedures and workflows to enhance efficiency and coverage
• Support shift planning, team coordination, and training to maintain round-the-clock vigilance

• Proven experience in surveillance, security control, or a related field (preferably in iGaming or live broadcast)
