Johnson & Johnson in Bogota, Colombia seeks a Lead Finance Business Partner for Surgical Vision Global Finance. You will coordinate closing efforts, ensure timely financial statements, and drive SOX compliance for 21 MRCs.

You will partner with BUF, FP&A and senior leaders to provide insights for planning and performance, lead a Latin America finance team, and push process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field (required).
• Advanced degree (MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Fluent in English; strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including shared services and commercial finance.

Role & Responsibilities

Accounting to Report (Hard Finance): Partner across all tiers of the organization in this high exposure role to coordinate and facilitate closing efforts, and ensure financial statements are accurate, timely, and compliant for the MRCs supported.

Own Monthly Sales, Trial Balance, Income Statement and Balance Sheet reviews, BS-75 reporting, among others for consolidation of Global JJSV (21 MRCs). Ensure SOX compliance and support internal/external audit processes. Drive standardization and process improvement across markets, leveraging digital tools and maximizing efficiency.

Finance Business Partnering: Act as strategic finance advisor to BUF, FP&A and senior business leaders. Provide financial insights and analysis to support planning, forecasting, and performance management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives, M&A activities, and strategic projects, serving as the “Face of GS”. Identify, propose, and execute process improvements that generate value through cost avoidance, compliance enhancement, and revenue generation.

Leadership & Influence: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team in Latin America while supporting cross-country businesses. Foster a culture of curiosity, growth mindset, and accountability. Champion DE&I and employee engagement initiatives.

Influence across GS Finance and BUF organizations to drive strategic alignment and change. Support, influence, and execute SigniFi and any other Technological Transformation initiatives, managing change and shaping processes.

Candidate Profile

• Strong ability to lead through influence in matrixed organizations.
• Strong English communication skills Experience working in multicultural environments and navigating stakeholders across geographies Preferably, prior experience supporting the North America market
• Strong business partnership and stakeholder management capabilities Demonstrated adaptability and ability to operate effectively in complex, changing environments.
• Demonstrated senior presence and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in both Spanish and English. Proficiency in Portuguese as well is beneficial.
• Proactive in identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Comfortable navigating digital finance tools and driving innovation.
