Waters, in a role to support BD Biosciences and Diagnostic Solutions, seeks a Supply Chain Planner to monitor orders, manage replenishment, and optimize inventory in a regulated, high-volume environment. You will collaborate across regions to ensure on-time delivery and supply readiness for strategic projects.

The position emphasizes advanced English, S&OP training, and experience with complex supply chains in multi-country settings.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Postgraduate degree or MBA in supply chain, planning, or analytics is preferred.
• Specialized training in S&OP, Demand Planning, or Forecasting is desirable.
• Advanced English language skills are required.
• Experience in regional or multi-country environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with complex supply chains is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely execution and system accuracy.
• Provide visibility on supply constraints, risks, and expected availability dates to stakeholders.
• Analyze inventory coverage (DOS) and identify root causes of deviations, driving corrective actions.
• Manage replenishment for ROP and MTO SKUs to ensure continuity of supply.
• Track and mitigate backorders to minimize customer impact.
• Support business inquiries and ensure clear, timely communication.
• Oversee Phase-In / Phase-Out processes to ensure smooth product transitions.
• Ensure supply readiness for key projects.
• Maintain planning parameters and review inventory policies (e.g., DOH).
• Ensure availability and tracking of equipment and components, including forecast alignment.

Job Description Key Responsibilities

Expected Experience and education

• Preferred: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Supply Chain, Planning, or Analytics
• Specialized training in S&OP, Demand Planning, or Forecasting
• Advanced English
• Experience in regional or multi-country environments
• Familiarity with complex supply chains
