Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS in Mexico to bridge warehouse operations with IT, turning complex logistics needs into scalable Manhattan WMS solutions. You will work with Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active, aligning configurations with ERP/TMS interfaces and driving robust testing.

You will bring 10+ years in IT, strong SQL and WMS config skills, and a CSPO or Manhattan certification is a plus. The role offers growth, learning opportunities, and competitive benefits.

• 10+ years IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to bridge warehouse operations and technical development teams by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions. Your expertise in Manhattan Scale and Active systems will help optimize supply chain execution and shape the future of our enterprise software footprint.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.


• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
