JITECH Inc. is seeking a Structural Steel Detailer to support 3D modeling, fabrication and erection drawings using SDS2/Tekla. You will review contract documents, incorporate revisions, and prepare detailing deliverables for fabrication and erection.

Join a collaborative Project Execution team to coordinate with modelers, checkers, engineers, and management, ensuring accurate, timely outputs and ongoing detailing quality improvement.

Qualificações

• Associate degree or higher in Civil Engineering Technology or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in structural steel detailing or related role.
• Experience developing models and fabrication drawings using SDS2 or Tekla.
• Ability to read structural and architectural drawings and contract docs.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Bluebeam, and coordination with teams.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and edit fabrication shop drawings for steel fabricators.
• Review drawings and contract docs to understand detailing requirements.
• Maintain consistency between contract docs and detailing deliverables.
• Create erection drawings and support material take-offs.
• Coordinate detailing with modelers and project teams; address revisions.
• Prepare project lists, CNC/KSS/Tekla PowerFab outputs; self-review work.
