Atoms in Bogotá is seeking an experienced data analytics professional to bridge data insights and business strategy for restaurant brands. You will transform raw data into actionable insights and drive strategic decisions for enterprise clients.

The role requires 5+ years in data analytics, proficiency in SQL, Python, Looker, and Power BI, and the ability to present data-driven stories to stakeholders. This is an onsite role based in our Bogotá office, five days a week.

• Own end-to-end data mining, cleaning, and analysis from unstructured data.
• Create visual decks using BI tools to tell data stories.

• Ensure quantitative accuracy in all analyses.
• Develop domain understanding of the US restaurant market.

What You’ll Do

You will bridge the gap between complex quantitative analytics and high-level business strategy for restaurant brands. This role is responsible for conducting thorough market analysis, transforming raw data into actionable insights and driving strategic decision-making for enterprise clients.

• End-to-End Data Ownership: Demonstrated ability to mine, clean, analyze, and extract insights from complex, unstructured datasets using SQL and Python.
• Data Visualization & Storytelling: Expertise in BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI) and advanced presentation tools to transform raw numbers into clean visual decks.
• Structured Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to deliver organized, clear speeches and present data-backed narratives to non-technical stakeholders.
• Commercial & Financial Acumen: Strong grasp of business metrics, financial data, and enterprise drivers to support account retention and sales pipelines.
• Meticulous Attention to Detail: High standard for quantitative accuracy where every number in a slide deck is double-checked and trustworthy.
• Domain Awareness: Deep understanding of the US restaurant and food service market, including common operational challenges and market dynamics.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics and/or business intelligence.
• Ideally familiar with the restaurant, food-tech, or hospitality industry and its core business drivers.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern business intelligence tools (Looker, Power BI).
• Track record of building visual presentations (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides) that translate numbers into clear business stories.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to present data logically to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Outstanding communication skills.
