Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Source-to-Contract for the Americas, based in Bogote1. You will lead a team delivering strategic sourcing and contracting aligned with global services and business goals.

The role requires coordinating with legal, IT, and category teams to execute procurement strategies. Ideal candidates have 6–8 years of procurement/finance experience, strong leadership in matrix environments, and fluency in English; Portuguese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 6–8 years of Procurement, Finance, or related experience.
• Experience leading large teams in a matrixed/service delivery environment.
• Fluency in English; Portuguese language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of individual contributors and/or Supervisors; accountable for performance management.
• Oversees day-to-day Source-to-Contract operations, including sourcing events, contract terms, and stakeholder management.
• Collaborates with Category Procurement, Legal, IT, Security and Compliance to align sourcing with strategy and regulatory needs.
• Drives improvements in user experience, efficiency, and data quality within responsibilities.
