A financial services firm located in Colombia is seeking a skilled accountant to manage financial operations, bookkeeping, and support client interactions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include designing Charts of Accounts, preparing monthly financial reports, and assisting in the budgeting process. Competitive salary ranging from $5,000,000 to $6,200,000 a month offered.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in private equity, real estate development, or fund accounting required.
• Experience with QuickBooks add-ons such as Knowify, Synder, Dext preferred.
• Experience with AppFolio, Yardi, Juniper Square, or Carta preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement Charts of Accounts for newly formed companies.
• Maintain month-end bookkeeping and reconcile bank accounts.
• Assist with development of annual budgets for real estate properties.
