Abbott's Established Pharmaceuticals Division seeks a Sr. Program Specialist Supplier Excellence to design, implement, and optimize supplier excellence programs across LATAM.

You will collaborate with regional and global teams to advance capability development, training management, and process improvements that support operational excellence. In this role, you will manage end-to-end training content, coordinate quarterly releases, and ensure effective supplier engagement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CI, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial Excellence, or Training in pharma/manufacturing/operations.
• Experience with capability-building initiatives and training program management.
• Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, CI methodologies, and productivity programs.
• Advanced English proficiency and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the design, implementation, and optimization of LATAM PTO strategy-based processes and systems from source to market.
• Direct and indirect planning and execution of strategic programs supporting LATAM, including supplier base re-engineering.
• Build and maintain supplier relationship experience roadmap and ensure processes meet Division expectations.
• Work with Global PTO team to identify release content and training requirements.
• Institute content updates and training plans for each release for suppliers and employees.
• Administrate areas within the Learning Management System to ensure training attendance and tracking.
• Plan, create, and implement training courses and materials for release content.
• Support LATAM Program Manager Supplier Excellence on strategic projects and supplier sourcing initiatives.

The Opportunity

As a Sr. Program Specialist Supplier Excellence, you will support the design, implementation, and optimization of Supplier Excellence programs across LATAM. You will play a key role in capability development, training management, process improvement, and supplier experience initiatives, helping drive operational excellence and strategic objectives across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Support the design, implementation, and optimization to ensure the successful realization of the LATAM PTO strategy-based processes, objectives and systems from an end-to-end perspective (source to market).
• Help to direct & indirect, plan and execute strategic programs supporting LATAM organization, including re-engineering of supplier bases on a global or regional basis.
• Build up and maintain supplier relationship experience roadmap and ensure that processes meet and reflect Division overall expectations.
• Works within the Global Division PTO team to identify Quarterly release content and training requirements.
• Actively pursuing a cross-functional culture of excellence to effectively implement global supplier programs.
• You will partner with Regional and Global teams to institute content update and training plans for each release for suppliers and employees.
• Training Coordinator Stay in tune with the content of each quarterly release in active development seek and gather information from management, employees and other departments regarding the effectiveness of release content management and constantly seek to improve.
• Administrate areas withing the Learning Management System to ensure that training is attended and tracked schedule and conduct meetings with various stakeholders within the organization, mainly Global team.
• Plan, create and implement training courses and materials for release content.
• Support the LATAM Program Manager Supplier Excellence to deliver specific strategic projects and initiatives.
• Supports analysis activities and the implementation efforts of strategic supplier sourcing for specific categories and corporate programs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial Excellence, or Training within a pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or operations environment.
• Experience with capability-building initiatives and training program management.
• Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement methodologies, and productivity programs.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain and Procurement operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP R/3.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Additional language skills are considered a plus.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
