We are looking for a Data Scientist to join the Advanced Analytics team, working closely with business units to develop data-driven and Machine Learning solutions that create measurable impact across the company.

What to expect in this role + Responsibilities

Identify and address business challenges through data-driven solutions.

Develop and implement Machine Learning and statistical models.

Design experiments to validate hypotheses and measure impact.

Deploy models using MLOps best practices.

Communicate insights clearly to non-technical teams and stay current with new analytical methods.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist

Strong proficiency in SQL

Advanced knowledge in Git

Deep expertise using GCP

5+ years of experience using Python

Advanced English (spoken and written)

Based in LATAM

Nice to have

Background in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, or related fields

Experience working in cross-functional or international teams

Familiarity with experimental design and statistical validation methods
