will support GDHA Transformation activities including the development, maintenance, and analysis of dashboards KPIs, and other tools to support reporting, analyze for trends and monitor for issues to be escalated.
This role acts as a SME for SAP Order to Cash and is the first point of contact for incident management, enhancements and training. This individual will also maintain the team SharePoint page, support the team with process mapping and may support with execution of other business processes, as assigned.
