Job summary

Genius Sports is seeking a dedicated professional to manage the full delivery of Sportsbook integrations for diverse clients. You will coordinate between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth setup, configuration, and ongoing high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple integrations and migrations with strict scope and timelines.
• Serve as the main liaison between clients and Product, Engineering, Support and Commercial teams.
• Run and validate API integrations including data feeds and streaming data.
• Support migrations to next-gen delivery platforms (GTS, EDGE).
• Track requests, test integrations and resolve issues or escalate.
• Maintain accurate project tracking, docs and client materials.
• Provide clear progress updates to clients and teams.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve delivery.
• Improve onboarding, documentation and delivery processes with a structured approach.
• Find ways to simplify workflows and reduce manual effort.

THE ROLE:

You will manage the full delivery of Sportsbook integrations for our clients. This includes products such as InPlay, PreMatch, BetVision, GTS, EDGE and Next-Gen data feeds.

You will be the main contact between our clients and our internal teams. You will help clients get set up smoothly, configure their products well and keep receiving a high-quality service. You will also support migration work as we move clients towards next-generation delivery platforms and ways of working.

Key responsibilities

• Lead several integrations and migration projects at the same time, keeping to scope, timelines and client expectations
• Act as the main link between clients and the Product, Engineering, Support and Commercial teams
• Run and check API integrations, including Sportsbook and streaming data such as fixtures, schedules and access
• Support clients through migrations to next-generation delivery platforms, including GTS and EDGE
• Track all implementation requests, test the integrations and resolve or elevate issues quickly
• Keep project tracking, documents and client materials accurate and up to date
• Share clear updates so clients and teams can see progress
• Look for opportunities to use AI and automation to improve how we deliver, track and support integrations
• Find and apply ways to improve onboarding, documentation and delivery processes, using a structured and process-focused approach
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort and improve the client experience

What you'll bring

• Good understanding of APIs, including reading documentation and running API calls
• Knowledge of T-SQL
• Experience with Atlassian/Jira, Freshdesk and Microsoft Office
• Understanding of the Sportsbook industry, including how it works and how its markets move
• Knowledge of the rules and workflows of major sports
• Experience launching new products for customers, including training users
• Strong project management, communication, problem-solving and organisation skills, with the ability to manage several projects at once
• A process-oriented mindset, with an interest in finding better, more efficient ways of working
• An interest in AI and how emerging technologies can be applied to improve day-to-day delivery and operations
