Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development by turning complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions, leveraging Manhattan Scale and Active capabilities.

You will collaborate with ERP and TMS integrations, own the backlog, and drive end-to-end testing to ensure robust supply chain execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and technical specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities and configurations.
