Job summary

Ulvior is seeking a Spanish-speaking SAP EWM Support Engineer to provide hands‑on support, troubleshooting, and validation for warehouse execution scenarios. You will support SAP EWM processes across Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Picking, Packing and Put Away, and coordinate fixes with respective teams.

The role requires strong ownership, a testing mindset (SIT/UAT), and clear communication with business and technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

Spanish language proficiency is required.
Proven experience supporting SAP EWM including Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Picking, Packing and Put Away.
Experience in SIT and UAT, including validation of fixes and enhancements.
Strong troubleshooting mindset and ownership of issues.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with business and technical teams and communicate clearly.
Hybrid work arrangement with remote Mon/Fri and on-site Tue–Thu, with client moving to 5-day in-office schedule.
Localization work setup for Colombia or Chile is possible.

Responsibilities

Provide hands‑on SAP EWM support across Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Picking, Packing and Put Away.
Troubleshoot incidents, resolve issues, and coordinate fixes with relevant teams.
Participate in SIT/UAT to ensure solutions meet requirements.
Document findings and support outcomes to improve knowledge base and reduce repeats.
Maintain ownership of assigned tasks and drive continuous improvement of support processes.
Operate effectively within the current hybrid schedule while client transitions to 5-day in-office model.
