DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the host and presenter for live online games, engaging players with confidence, energy, and professionalism.
• Conduct game sessions in accordance with company standards, ensuring smooth flow, accuracy, and an enjoyable player experience.
• Maintain a polished on-camera presence, demonstrating agility, focus, and adaptability throughout each broadcast.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
• Continuously enhance presentation quality, contributing to an engaging atmosphere that encourages player retention and satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent at native level in Spanish (C1), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and entertain a live audience.
• Professional demeanor, self-discipline, and a positive attitude under all circumstances.
• Willingness to learn and adapt through training to meet company performance and quality standards.
• Confidence in performing in front of the camera and representing the company brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Availability to work in shifts - 6.30am - 3.30pm, 10am - 7pm 2.30pm - 11.30pm, 10.30pm - 7.30am.
