This role involves managing the SOX compliance program, designing internal controls over financial reporting, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Applicants should have over 5 years of experience in internal audit or SOX compliance, along with a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Relevant certifications such as CPA or CIA are highly preferred. The position promotes a strong culture of compliance and continuous improvement within the organization.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in internal audit, public accounting, or SOX compliance roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing SOX programs in a public company environment.
• Strong understanding of auditing standards and SEC regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning and execution of the SOX compliance program.
• Oversee the design and testing of internal controls over financial reporting.
• Coordinate with process owners to identify and document control changes.

Conocimientos

Strong understanding of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO)

Experience with IT General Controls (ITGCs)

Project management skills

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

CPA, CIA, CISA or relevant certifications
