BairesDev is seeking a Software Engineer specialized in Okta to integrate and manage enterprise identity solutions, ensuring secure and seamless access across the organization while supporting a robust security posture for critical applications.

You will own identity management workflows, including SSO configurations and SCIM provisioning, develop Okta integrations, and collaborate with a global team. This is a 100% remote role with flexible hours and compensation in USD or your local currency.

Formación

• 4+ years of Identity & Access Management, security, or software engineering experience.
• Proven expertise integrating Okta for enterprise identity solutions.
• Experience with SSO, user lifecycle management, and SCIM provisioning.
• Hands-on experience developing or customizing Okta applications and workflows.
• Deep understanding of identity protocols and security best practices.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement SSO configurations to provide secure access to enterprise applications.
• Manage end-to-end user lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Configure and optimize SCIM provisioning to synchronize user data across systems.
• Develop and maintain custom Okta applications and integrations to meet requirements.

As a Software Engineer specializing in Okta, you will integrate and manage enterprise identity solutions to ensure secure and seamless access across the organization. You will serve as the primary expert for identity management, streamlining user lifecycles and authentication workflows to support a robust security posture.

What You'll Do:

• Design and implement Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations to provide secure and efficient access to enterprise applications.
• Manage the end-to-end user lifecycle, including automated onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Configure and optimize SCIM provisioning to synchronize user data across diverse cloud and on-premise systems.
• Develop and maintain custom Okta applications and integrations to meet specific organizational requirements.
• Ensure the reliability and security of the identity platform by implementing best practices for authentication and authorization.
