A technology company in Colombia is looking for a mid-level Software Engineer to independently design and develop features, mentor junior engineers, and improve coding standards. Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of experience, proficiency in programming languages, and understanding of cloud platforms and databases. This role offers the opportunity to grow in a collaborative environment focused on ownership and problem-solving.

Competenze

• 2-4 years of professional experience as a software developer.
• Solid understanding of software development concepts.
• Experience working with databases and cloud platforms.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, and deliver medium-sized features and components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex technical challenges.
• Contribute to code reviews and improve team coding standards.

Conoscenze

Proficiency in programming languages (JavaScript, Python, C#)

Understanding of data structures and algorithms

Debugging and problem-solving techniques

Experience with relational/NoSQL databases

Experience with cloud platforms

Experience implementing CI/CD workflows

Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Understanding RESTful APIs and HTTP protocols

Experience with version control (Git)

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Exposure to front-end frameworks
