Genius Sports in Medellín is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Fan Engagement team to help develop and maintain software that enhances how sports are experienced. You’ll work independently, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and contribute to the quality and maintainability of our systems.

You’ll work on features using ReactJS/NodeJS, with a focus on code quality, testing, and documentation. This role is based in Medellín and requires in-office days each week, offering growth

• Experienced developing professional web apps and familiarity with modern development frameworks.
• Understanding of software development fundamentals (data structures, APIs, testing, version control).
• Ability to work independently on defined tasks while seeking input when needed.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teammates and incorporating feedback.
• Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and iterate.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.

The Role – Software Engineer (Fan Engagement) We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join ourFan Engagement teamandcontribute tothe developmentand maintenanceofsoftwarethatenhanceshow sports are experienced. • Experience writing automated tests and working with CI/CD pipelines
