Softtek in Bogotá seeks an experienced senior software integration architect to lead design, development, and support of enterprise integration solutions on Microsoft Azure. You will architect API-first, event-driven patterns and manage Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, Functions, and Event Grid/Hubs to connect cloud and on-prem environments.

• Strong API-led, API-first, and event-driven integration background.
• Knowledge of microservices and distributed systems; secure integration patterns.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps for cloud deployments.

Responsibilities (Activities to perform)

• Design, develop, maintain, and support enterprise integration solutions using Microsoft Azure services
• Architect and implement API-led, API-first, and event-driven integration patterns
• Develop, deploy, and manage integrations using Azure Integration Services
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions connecting cloud and on-premises environments
• Design and implement microservices-based architectures
• Develop, publish, secure, and manage APIs through Azure API Management (APIM)
• Build orchestration and workflow solutions using Azure Logic Apps
• Design and implement messaging solutions using Azure Service Bus, Queues, Topics, Event Grid, and Event Hubs
• Collaborate with solution architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to define integration strategies and technical solutions
• Ensure alignment with Azure Well-Architected Framework principles and cloud-native best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration, reliability, and performance challenges
• Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design workshops
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
• Promote engineering excellence, development standards, and best practices across teams
• Support and enhance CI/CD processes and DevOps practices for Azure-based deployments
