As a Software Engineer specializing in Apache Kafka, you will build and operate real-time data pipelines to power event-driven architectures. You will play a key role in designing scalable streaming solutions, ensuring high throughput and reliability across the enterprise data ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and manage production-grade Kafka clusters and streaming applications.
• Develop real-time data integration pipelines using Kafka Connect and Kafka Streams.
• Optimize cluster performance, topic configurations, and resource utilization for high-scale environments.
• Implement robust data schemas and versioning strategies using Avro and Confluent Schema Registry.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define event-driven standards and streaming best practices.
• Ensure system availability and data integrity through proactive monitoring and disaster recovery planning.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or Stream Processing.
• Proven expertise in building and operating real-time data pipelines using Apache Kafka.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing event-driven architectures at scale.
• Hands‑on experience with Kafka Streams, Confluent, and Avro for data serialization.
• Deep understanding of streaming infrastructure management and performance tuning.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
