Citi is hiring interns to join the Citi Services team in Bogotá, Colombia. The Management Development Programs aim to bridge classroom knowledge with real-world trading floor experience, offering training, mentorship, and networking to help you build a long-term career at Citi.

We seek Bachelor’s students graduating by December 2027 who are problem-solvers, diligent, and eager to work with clients. The internship is full-time and provides exposure to treasury and liquidity management services on
