A global healthcare technology leader is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst in Bogotá, Colombia. This role involves aligning business needs with technical solutions and working collaboratively with global teams. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, fluency in English, and five years of experience in ServiceNow. The position offers flexibility in work arrangements and a competitive compensation package, including a short-term incentive plan.

Work on a growing, dynamic team to implement new ServiceNow features, develop custom enhancements to ServiceNow applications, create new custom applications, and migrate legacy solutions to the latest technologies. Our current programs include a broad rollout of NowAssist and Predictive Intelligence capabilities, expansion of Configurable Workspace capabilities, and numerous modernization and automation initiatives.
This position offers a flexible working set‑up, with options for on‑site, hybrid, or remote arrangements depending on your location and preference. You'll report to our Bogota office, collaborating with global teams and stakeholders across multiple regions.
