• Advanced proficiency in Figma for digital and web design.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and workflows.
• Strong typography, layout, and composition skills.
• Excellent spacing, visual hierarchy, and responsive design.
• Experience maintaining consistent visual systems across digital experiences.
• Ability to design polished, user-focused digital experiences.
• Strong design presentation and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create high-quality visual designs for websites, digital campaigns, email, social, and other digital channels.
• Design polished, responsive web experiences with typography, layout, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Translate creative direction and brand guidelines into sophisticated digital experiences.
• Develop design concepts from initial exploration through final execution.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, content, development, and other cross-functional teams.
• Present design concepts and clearly communicate design decisions.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and iterate on designs.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a high level of visual quality and attention to detail across deliverables.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and proactively drive work forward.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented.
