SGS is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (VB) to lead the design, development, and modernization of critical internal applications. You will work primarily with VB/VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and SQL databases, delivering scalable solutions and APIs.

Hybrid work model, Monday–Friday, strong English communication, and a track record of solving complex problems are required. You will mentor teammates and drive technical quality across projects.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience, including senior-level experience.
• Strong expertise in Visual Basic (VB / VB.NET), C#, .NET, ASP.NET, APIs, and SQL databases.
• Solid experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Knowledge of SDLC, design patterns, testing, and object-oriented programming.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Advanced English level required.
