Senior Technical Lead at BairesDev will drive architectural excellence, evaluating current systems and designing a Vercel migration for scalable growth. You will combine hands-on NestJS/Next.js with TypeScript to guide a global platform toward reliable, secure expansion.

You will lead architecture decisions, deployment to serverless and PaaS environments, and mentorship of engineering teams, while collaborating across time zones in a 100% remote, USD-pay environment.

In this role, you'll serve as a strategic technical leader, evaluating the current architecture, designing the PaaS migration to Vercel, and ensuring the platform scales securely. Combining hands-on expertise in NestJS and Next.js with strong architectural judgment, you'll define the technical direction that positions the platform for reliable, scalable growth.
