AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to ensure core system administration and operational stability across on-premise and SaaS environments. You will lead Kubernetes clusters, implement monitoring and observability with OpenTelemetry and Snowflake, and contribute to on-call rotations and RCA.

Proficiency in Bash, Python or Go is required, with strong Linux/Unix skills and an upper-intermediate English level.

Formación

• 4+ years of infrastructure management experience.
• Proficient with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Experience with monitoring/observability.
• Familiarity with Snowflake and OpenTelemetry.
• Strong Linux/Unix administration.
• Scripting in Bash, Python or Go.
• Upper-intermediate English language.

Responsabilidades

• Provide core system administration for enterprise infrastructure.
• Maintain on-premise and SaaS-hosted systems for stability.
• Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters.
• Support ECP-focused roles with monitoring/observability.
• Participate in on-call rotations and RCA.
• Automate infrastructure tasks with IaC and scripts.
