adidas Group is seeking a Senior Specialist Solution Development to accelerate digital transformation within GBS in Bogotá. You will design and deploy Power Platform solutions, automate processes, and integrate AI capabilities to enable data‑driven decisions.

The role requires 3–5 years in solution development or digital transformation, strong English and Spanish communication, and hands‑on experience with SharePoint, Dataverse, APIs, and data analytics.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in solution development, automation, or digital transformation roles.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Build scalable applications to digitize operational processes and eliminate manual work.
• Develop workflows and automations to improve productivity and reduce cycle times.
• Ensure solutions follow best practices in performance, scalability, and governance.
• Implement a documentation framework to ensure solution maintainability over time
• Integrate AI capabilities into business solutions (AI Builder, Azure AI, Copilot Studio, ML models).
• Identify use cases where AI can drive value (prediction, classification, document processing).
• Develop intelligent automations to enhance decision-making and reduce risks.
• Design and implement integrations between systems (SharePoint, Dataverse, SAP, APIs, Smartsheet).
• Structure and transform data to enable reporting and analytics; collaborate with data teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and value cases; partner with Operations, CI and Functional teams.
• Identify automation and digitalization opportunities across processes; contribute to reusable components.

The Senior Specialist Solution Development plays a critical role in accelerating digital transformation across GBS by designing and developing scalable solutions using Power Platform and AI technologies.

This role focuses on translating business needs into automated, data-driven, and intelligent solutions, reducing manual effort, improving process efficiency, and enabling better decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Development & Automation

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Build scalable applications to digitize operational processes and eliminate manual work.
• Develop workflows and automations to improve productivity and reduce cycle times.
• Ensure solutions follow best practices in performance, scalability, and governance.
• Implement a documentation framework to ensure solution maintainability over time

AI & Advanced Capabilities

• Integrate AI capabilities (e.g., AI Builder, Azure AI, Copilot Studio, Machine Learning models) into business solutions.
• Identify use cases where AI can drive value (e.g., prediction, classification, document processing).
• Develop intelligent automations that enhance decision-making and reduce operational risks.

Data & Integration

• Design and implement integrations between systems (e.g., SharePoint, Dataverse, SAP, APIs, Smartsheet).
• Structure and transform data to enable efficient reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with data teams to ensure consistency, quality, and accessibility of data.

Business Partnering

• Work closely with Operations, CI, and Functional teams to understand business requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions with clear value cases (hours saved, efficiency gains, quality improvement).
• Provide recommendations on solution design and digital opportunities.
• Identify automation and digitalization opportunities across processes.
• Contribute to building reusable components and scalable solutions for global deployment.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and continuously improve technical capabilities.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in solution development, automation, or digital transformation roles.

Technical Skills (Core Focus of the Role)

• Advanced expertise in Power Platform:
• Power Automate (cloud flows, RPA)
• Dataverse
• Experience with SharePoint, OneDrive, and related Microsoft 365 tools.
• Strong knowledge of API integrations and connectors.
• Experience with AI tools and capabilities:
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning and LLM concepts
• Strong skills in data transformation and analysis (Excel, Power Query, SQL preferred).

Additional Skills

• Understanding of process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
• Strong problem solving and analytical thinking.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
