Job summary

Bluelight is seeking an experienced project manager to lead software delivery across multiple parallel programs. You will manage scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines while coordinating with clients and distributed engineering teams to ensure on-time, high-quality releases.

The role requires coordinating with nearshore teams and overlapping US business hours. You will drive risk management, change control, and milestone-based reporting, using Jira/Asana to maintain transparent status updates

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with critical-path management.
• Experience managing a client dependency register with dates, owners, and escalation paths.
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience managing scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, timelines).
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management and ability translating technical concepts for non-technical clients.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with executives and non-technical stakeholders.
