AspenView Technology Partners, Inc. is seeking a hands-on SOC Manager to run a 24/7 Security Operations Center across Bogotá and Buenos Aires. You will lead ~18 analysts/engineers across two sites, ensuring investigations meet audit standards and aligning with client governance and the NYDFS/GLBA/SOX/PCI DSS requirements.

Your role covers rosters, hiring, coaching, and enforcing secure access controls while driving operational reporting and escalation paths with a US-based security lead.

Qualificações

• Experience running or deputy-running a SOC or 24/7 NOC with security scope under SLA.

Responsabilidades

• Own rosters, coverage and handovers across three 8-hour shifts and two sites.
• Lead hiring, onboarding and coaching to build Tier 1–Tier 3 career paths.
• Enforce secure suite rules including clean-desk policy and VDI-only access.
