Inchcape Américas, via Inchcape Digital in Colombia, seeks a SOC Lead to drive the performance of our Global SOC. This hands-on security leadership role combines incident response, complex investigations and people management to deliver a world-class security operations service across our technology, cloud and on‑premise environments.

You will mentor analysts, coordinate L1/L2 shifts, escalate technically, review case work, and collaborate with the Head of SOC to advance playbooks, detection

Formación

• Hands-on investigation of complex security alerts and incidents.
• Experience in Level 2/3 SOC analyst roles.
• Ability to lead shifts, manage escalations and make operational decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SOC shifts and direct L1/L2 analysts to manage alerts and investigations.
• Serve as primary technical escalation point for complex security events.
• Apply investigative skills across SIEM, EDR, cloud and identity.
• Review case notes, evidence, timelines and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with Head of SOC to improve processes and playbooks.
