Job summary

Inchcape Digital in Bogotá is seeking an experienced SOC Lead to guide our Global SOC operations and mentor a diverse team of analysts. This hands-on leadership role requires deep technical knowledge of SIEM, EDR, cloud and identity, plus strong people management skills.

You will work closely with senior security leaders to shape incident response, improve detection capabilities, and deliver a world-class security service for Inchcape’s global footprint.

Qualifications

• Hands-on investigation of complex security alerts and incidents.
• Experience with SIEM, EDR, SOAR, email security and cloud environments.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOC shifts and direct L1/L2 analysts per SOC procedures.
• Act as primary escalation point for complex alerts.
• Apply investigative skills across SIEM, EDR, cloud, identity and endpoint technologies.
• Review investigations, evidence, and incident records ensuring accuracy.
• Manage escalations and provide timely updates to leadership.
• Coach and develop SOC Analysts through regular feedback.
• Collaborate with Head of SOC to improve processes, playbooks, and detection capabilities.
