Kruger Inc. is seeking a Senior SAP Systems Analyst to support and evolve procurement, inventory and warehouse operations across multiple sites. The role blends hands-on functional support, business analysis, solution design and project delivery in a demanding manufacturing environment.

You will collaborate with business users, IT teams and vendors to maintain reliable operations, resolve issues and drive improvements while ensuring robust process and system documentation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, engineering, business administration, supply chain or related discipline.
• 6–8 years hands-on SAP functional experience, with strong knowledge of SAP MM and Inventory Management in a support and project-delivery environment.
• Experience with purchasing, inventory movements, material master data, stock transport orders, physical inventory and integration with warehouse processes.
• Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, preparing functional specifications, configuring or validating SAP solutions and supporting end-to-end testing.
• English communication skills; ability to work across business, IT and vendor teams.
• Experience with interfaces and data exchanges (IDocs, BAPIs, APIs).

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day functional support for SAP MM and inventory management.
• Partner with procurement, warehouse, maintenance, finance and supply chain to translate requirements into SAP solutions.
• Support end-to-end processes from material master to goods movement.
• Configure SAP changes within scope; write functional specs.
• Coordinate with developers and vendors to deliver cross-functional solutions.
• Plan and execute unit, integration, regression and user acceptance tests.
• Create and maintain process flows, specs, and user guides.
• Support project cutovers, go-lives and post-deployment validation.
• Monitor incidents and changes via ServiceNow.
• Collaborate across SAP modules and interfaces.
• Participate in design workshops and change-control.
• Provide knowledge transfer and backup coverage.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders.
