AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer in a fully remote role based from Colombia. You will connect customer data and campaign execution across Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud, building journeys, automations, and segmentation logic for omnichannel engagement.

Strong SQL and API skills will support reliable delivery at production scale, with collaboration across cross-functional teams and an emphasis on security and governance.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Proven delivery experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong SQL, APIs, automation frameworks, and Salesforce platform customization.
• Experience with segmentation logic, profile data strategy, and cross-channel enablement.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization capabilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and develop Data Cloud capabilities including ingestion and audience segmentation.
• Build and optimize Marketing Cloud journeys, automations, and customer communications.
• Enable omnichannel use cases using integrated customer data across channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data models and activation strategies.
• Develop reusable integration services and monitor platform interoperability.
• Support campaign testing, release management, and production issue resolution.
• Ensure platform solutions align with security, compliance, and governance.
• Produce technical documentation and contribute to best practices.
